Legacy Park
Legacy Park is divided up into several smaller subdivisions. These KB homes are mostly high end on furniture packages and in general more spacious than your average vacation home. You will also find pool decks larger than in most other developments.
Highgate Park
Highgate Park, a gated community, offers tennis courts and a childrens playground. Highgate Park is located only minutes from Disney™, SeaWorld™, Universal™ and all the Central Florida theme parks and attractions.
The luxury kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone (with free local calls). Adjoining the kitchen is the family room - adjacent to this room is the dining/reception area. Our villa sleeps 2-10 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The second master bedroom with en-suite has a queen size bed and large closet with plenty of hanging space. There is one further queen bedded rooms with large closets, and two twin rooms also with fitted closets.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Patio doors lead out from the family room to the fully screened, extended deck area with heated pool and spa. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months. Sun loungers, patio chairs, and table are provided. There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children play area.
The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good courses. Amenities: Private heated pool, phone with free local calls, air conditioning, cable TV, stereo, CD player, DVD player, Play Station 2 for the children, full kitchen incl microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, garage.
