The home can sleep up to 10 guests when using the sofa bed There is an extended pool screened area, 10 feet out at furthest point, ceramic tile floors in kitchen, baths, rear family room. For your entertainment, there are TV's in all the bedrooms, a TV in the Family Room and a DVD Player, VCR and Playstation II.
